About the Diabetes Prevention and Control Program
Diabetes is a serious disease that affects at least 40,000 Vermonters. The Department of Health Diabetes Prevention and Control Program was established with a grant from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to reduce the burden of diabetes among Vermonters with the disease.
